”I had to find a job quickly, the trouble was that my CV and tax details were so sketchy for the previous 15 years it looked like I had done a long prison stretch for some heinous crime!
‘Donut Life’ was inspired by my drunken rant about my new job as an in-store baker for a supermarket chain.

‘Donut Life’ describes the bleakness and despair of pre-dawn shifts, and the mind-numbing monotony of a menial, minimum wage life.
